This lack of stability exists as the work depends on the gig available which constantly fluctuates making it very difficult for the workers to to depend on in the future and causing financial instability and stress.

The gig economy sector is becoming overcrowded as more and more workers are shifting in this industry to leverage the freedom and flexibility offered by this industry working as delivery men, cab drivers and many more. The more the workers the harder it is for others to get gigs and earn their income. Thus workers may need to start doing odd and multiple jobs and accept lower pay for their work.
